Visual Inspection

This pallet wrapper was located in a warehouse in Newark, Nottinghamshire. As you can see from the photograph it is obviosly damaged a not safe to use. A good visual inspection is vital for the safety in the workplace. Someone could easily put there hand in the opening in the casing and have direct access to live electrical components.

The item was removed from service. Management were quickly made aware. A local company was contacted to repair the broken cover and the product was made safe and back working on the shop floor.
